“Scott and his crew at SCH did a fantastic job of removing two layers of siding on our 130 year old Victorian home, then installing and painting new clapboard. The price quote was fair and we weren't charged more for "extras" like painting our porch rocking chairs, repairing several hidden damaged areas, and restoring original details that were uncovered once the siding was off. We were also impressed with the level of communication from Scott. He checked in with his crew onsite every morning and frequently updated us during this time before we headed to work. He also responded to texts quickly and seemed happy to accommodate any changes that we made as the project progressed. The crew was hard working, tidy, and professional. “Scott and his team were incredibly professional and attentive to detail while painting the interior of our home. They were meticulous with the prep work and lines around the ceilings, and even went back to fix already-painted rooms if a section of wall underneath showed a blemish. They made sure that we could still use our main rooms while work was ongoing, and nearly everything was cleaned up at the end of each day so that we didn’t feel as if we were living in a construction site.
Scott not only provided advice on our color choices, but was also able to help us with some electric work in the house as he’s a licensed electrician. He was very reasonably priced and even took care of some other small projects for us throughout the week. We highly recommend SCH and will be hiring them for all future painting, contracting, and electrical work in our home!”
